Not only did Butler beat No. 1 Indiana over the weekend — the Bulldogs also knocked UNLV down a spot in the AP Top 25.
Butler was unranked before the game, but vaulted to No. 19 in the AP poll on Monday. That pushed the Rebels down from No. 20 to No. 21.
The Rebels also fell a spot in the USA Today/Coaches Poll, but the culprit behind that slide was Mountain West rival New Mexico. The Lobos jumped from No. 20 to No. 17, leapfrogging UNLV and pushing the Rebels back to No. 18.
